All levels of FCS membership are by membership year. All “Monthly” members agree to 12 consecutive monthly payments of equal amounts per month according to their level chosen and as explained above. It is the member’s responsibility that when knowingly changing their current credit on file or when receiving notice of a “recurring payment failure” with their credit card on file, to notify the FCS within 24 hours. All levels of membership will automatically renew with the credit card on file into the next membership month or year unless the FCS is notified of a cancellation of membership no later than 30 days in advance of the end of the present membership month or year.
Providing the information contained in this application constitutes your permission for the FCS to contact you regarding related information via mail, email and phone. Your contact information is neither nor sold to anyone and is solely used by the FCS

In order for your application to be processed you must submit payment of your registration fee. Memberships are automatically renewed unless cancelled and run annualy from the date of application.
Upon submission, you will be asked to provide credit card information.
